Given that this is plus 24 in campaign, with all the available top Store Tp equip added up can a SAM achieve a 4 hit build? I added and got 118 total with base stats and merits.

118 is what you need for 4hit with 450delay.., wonder if stp cap (100? couldnt reach it post update)
