At least 30% of Akron is black (and Black people only make up like 10% (?) of the population, so I guess we have 3 times the normal amount).

There's a black neighborhood right behind the south side of campus, right next to two of the dorms. It's kind of a bad neighborhood, and Akron U has been experiencing a bunch of robberies and burglaries because of people from that neighborhood breaking into the houses and apartments of college students.
