oh and protip: if your inventory is full, you can still get the key item. helpful so you don't have to keep hunting for new points

I can confirm Wiegraf's trick with having a full inventory and still getting the key item.

Got "Orb of Batons" key item off random cardigan in North outter ruins tower in East Saruta.

Gonna assume like the gobby part of ACP, Key item > ??? > pop something > profit

Um yeah that sucked
like a shit ton of "custom Cardians" attack you and are seemingly invincible. I spent most the time animation locked and probably woulda died pld/blm so i zoned. I think you have to find the one that isn't invincible and kill it? maybe?

Just beat the fight duo Whm Thf. Whm popped and couldn't do any dmg (clubs spells etc). I was doing dmg fine, the cardians are very weak, SA one shotted them. However, cyclone did no dmg on any other cardian other than the one i was targeted on. Maybe the popper won't be able to do dmg forcing you to bring help. After defeating all, we got the ripe starfruit and peach coral key key items.
