Okay I was able to beat the blowgun one or whatever. What I did was wait until he was one the right side(hidden) and shot preemptively.

The H-9 position seems to be a NM fight by the way; red demons. Waiting for help before I pop.

More than likely. Every WoTG mission update so far has needed the previous update's quests finished.

For the demon fight, you only have to kill the Count. We managed to depop all the Dark Demons and still got credit. Pretty simple fight kite/nuking around the tower.

Did it trio as BLm BLM SCH, and myself (BLM) was logged for half the fight depopping the Dark Demons.

The Dark Demons can be slept. They die as soon as the count dies.

Just did it with brdx2 drgx2 blmx2 smn (ally does work, unlike with the demon fight in the last batch of Windurst S quests).
You only need to kill the main NM, the rest will depop once it's dead. The minions are sleepable.

You need to collect 20 signatures from various NPCs in Sandy. I talked to Rongelouts, and after giving him a Gnole Claw, I had to play an incredibly annoying (and difficult) game of rock/paper/scissors. He gave me 35 signatures though.

Got oxblood orb as a reward. Seems like you cang et different rewards depending on how many signatures youg et.
