My friend got 37 (trading stack of bolts and greens got him a lot) and got an oxblood orb.

After you're done with signatures, zone into Beauc for a CS. You get a key item.

Supposed to take it somewhere in Beauc, the CS made it look like a dead end, but I can't seem to find it.

Looks like 20 signatures = no reward and 30 signatures = oxblood orb. Maybe 40+ is more? I didn't do Rongelouts, Gyshal Green, Orc guy, or Bolt guy.

It's a regal pawprint on the same level as you teleport in at. Don't run down the ramp, hug the wall and run past the Taurus.

btw 50+ signatures got a Foulard

So for that BCNM, looks like you have a number of explosives and you gotta find Portia. There are bombs (2x Fire IV kills) and goblins (also easy to nuke) but no debuffs work. At the southwest and northwest there are two rocks that are larger and say you need firesand to detonate.

You can get more explosives by killing gobs. We couldnt find firesand but we noticed later it magically let us put it on the big rocks, so we suspect it came from killing bombs but gave no notice of us getting it.

We timed out before we could explore the area past the big rocks.

Did the mission with 6, few weak ass bombs and goblins, you bomb a bunch of walls with the explosives you start with eventually get to the end of the maze and exit.
