? holy is indeed very very random. In our first attempt he did is several times all for moderate damage. The 2nd (and final) time he used it once and it had no effect. Go figure.

Last BC: (mission 24)
Can run out of range of ability drain. Can't tell what distance, but opposite walls work.
Melee not so great apart from tank, since ability drain drops you to near 0 stats.

Ranged attackers work great.
Just have everyone stand and heal at max range.
Lose when NPC dies.
Can be stunned, headbutted (resists fast though) -> Keep for ga3, they are brutal.
Holy's power increases as HP decreases -> Pray it doesn't use much.

Just a quick note, if you talk to the signature NPC before you have 20, or decide not to turn them in, you'll have to zone before he gives you the chance to turn them in again. Also, the H-7 for the final fight is down a slope from the level you do the previous fight/warp into glacier from -- for those who have trouble finding it.

Like what seems to be the growing trend, I really liked the mission progression in this update as well. The BCs were fun (although the one in Everbloom should have given us better directions -- our group had no idea the blue tornado was what we were looking for the first time) and the story was exciting and enticing. I do wish there had been more though, and that we actually got to do stuff in Xarc. I could see the next update involve running around Xarc, and then the next actually giving us access to the Walk of Echoes.

WOW at that last CS. Guess that shines a light on what Robel-Akbel's intentions are. I'm assuming Klara is also one of Lilith's minions, as is probably the orc who traveled through time.

Also it's nice to finally see them "confirm" that Lilith and Lilisette are the same, just from different timelines, although it would have been nice if there had been more time for Lilisette to have to deal with that realization.

Really not looking forward to the 6 month wait to see what's next though...

Next update will be a "nation quest" update most likely. So 3-4 months x2. It's still going to be nice to see the ending to those arc, but it means no lilisette for a long time.

i did two of the stairs mini games and found that the best time to move is when the cat does a quarter turn. at that point you should move as much as you can before it turns back to full back.

Well according to the wiki the Orcish Axe produces 5 sigs, whereas I used an Orc helm and it gave me 10.

What do you mean? Maybe I missed something in the final cutscenes, or it's been too long since I've done nation quest lines. What are his intentions and why do you assume she is a minion?

Rather, the Robel-Akbel we know is a Spitewarden! It seems the story of him dying is actually true, and a Spitewarden is posing as him in the Shadowreign timeline. Nitpicking, I know, but there was a Robel-Akbel and he died.

My current guess is there is a Spitewarden for each race.
"Robel-Akbel" is the Tarutaru (and the mostly unusually motivated? His motives in the Windurstian quests seem good, albeit a bit shady)
Haudrale is the Elvaan
Aquila is the Hume
Lazros is the Galka
and I'm putting my money on Lehko Habhoka being the Mithran Spitewarden.

This would also make the Spitewardens all male, and Lilith seems like the kinda chick to run around with 5 guy underlings

These chess metaphors are getting old, between Schultz, Windurst, and now the main storyline!

And it's good to see Altana playing a bigger role in this expansion (although expected), and I guess we can now correctly assume the Cait Siths are some form of avatar. (Celestials were called to heaven by Altana, etc etc at least so the legends say)

EDIT: I get this terrible feeling that you can get Angel Skin Orb or something with 120.

You must have spaced out because 81-99 signatures (roughly) gives Angel Skin Orb.

Anyhow, just solo'd Distorter of Time as White Mage/Scholar. Buff Lilisette, recover MP as fast as possible, and keep her alive. Try to avoid having to Cure after Atomos drains your attributes (Cure V lost about 35% of its potency because I basically had no MND).

Since you can already get the Angel Skin Orb for lower: I'd wager a perfect score gets you a Moly ingot.
