A Question on FOV Augments.

We just did 5 augments.

1. warwolf belt: +14 wind resist
2. warwolf belt: +3 CHR -2 MND -2 INT
3. light staff: AGI+1
4. dusk gloves (mine): +10 wind resist
5. amamet mantle+1: +3 earth

Nothing to see here. SE just handed us some worthless crap. Hurray.

EDIT: We did chapter 7 in sky. Fought a doll and it was pretty damn easy with 5. I would say definetly duoable.

Did the chapter 7 in Ru'Aun Gardens just now. Duo with me and my wife, 75SMN and 75RDM. Real easy, just takes a little time to ensure a safe recast area. RDM really only needed to bind for me to recast an avatar.

This thing hits like a truck, and has an added effect on all melee hits.

Did 4 pops today.

First pop was a Fudo. HP-11, MP+11, DEX-1, VIT-1, AGI+1, Resist Silence +1.

Second was my Apollo's Staff. CHR+1.

2 other pops not so useful/drastic of an augment. Lamian Kaman +1 with +1DEX. and NQ Weskit with +19 Thunder resist. lol

Would post pictures, but I lurk too much so not enough posts.

Edit: Had some thoughts on stuff to Augment. But given once chance per day it would take a while. I haven't seen many/any augmented Grips or Instruments around. Interested in seeing some of those done. That is, if anyone is willing to try.

Popped the turtle in Valley of Sorrows solo as SAM/NIN, wasn't difficult at all... Rana > Gekko pretty nearly killed it, one more gekko finished the job.

Tried augmenting Imperial Egg, didn't work it would reason that goblin grenade is ineligible as well. Also warwolf hp +13 mp -13 as a consolation prize.

Quick question:

I am going to augment a Philomath Stole (hoping for a few INT or MAB or M.acc.) as I don't have a prudence torque yet and cba to farm caskets for the Caract Choker.

Would there be any benefit for me to go to sky and aug there rather than the Yhoator Jungle (the 65cap zone)?

I was thinking that too lol. Well I wonder if Cuchulain's is still better. Got to be a bit close I spose. Idk I don't use DE anymore, but I will say that since augmented items came out, chr augments have actually started to make DE look a bit competitive to evisceration.
