Just got out of a 2-wave campaign in Rolanberry. It ended up lasting a fairly long time, but the point of this post was just to say: Wootz Ore, Kabura quiver, and assorted junk on that round. I didn't take a SS, but wootz obviously pales in comparison to Ocl. Ingot ._.

Well, you also have to remember how people would try to be greedy assholes and etc, but yeah, by now there would be at least a photoshopped or Japanese screenshot going around lol.

The more people per union, the larger the pool seems to be collectively from their points, perhaps even higher loot tiered from the pooled exp of your specific union to see something like a 100 or a higher ingot pop up.(The angelstone throws a small wrench in the theory unless they really wrecked that campaign).

That 100 piece rumor from Batallia, I won't believe it til I see it, but there was 45 people in batallia when I last looked on Asura, lol.

There were nearly 350 people in Beaucedine Glacier on Bahamut last Union I did and I would say more than half were doing Campaign. I didn't even see one piece of dynamis currency.

well, let's do some figures. let's assume that you'll get on average 2 currency per campaign, and across the 5 unions and my rough experience i wouldn't say that's so hard to believe. now figure about 3 campaigns going on at a time, 20 min ea (yes, i'm being wildly speculative with numbers here but if you have better, plug em in and get a better figure) and that would generate about 18 currency per server per hour. 432 per day. that's roughly equal to one decent dynamis turnout per day. a small decrease in price at best if those numbers hold. now if it drops 100's let's assume it's at a 1% rate since nobody's seen it, so in effect doubling the total currency dropped. that puts the figure at about 864 currency per day or about 2 dynamis runs. again, not ground breaking. a help, but if you were hoping for relics for 30m, you're gonna be disappointed.

The story goes that a Japanese player discovered Refresh dropped in a BC and started telling people that hakutaku in Ranguemont Pass (Speulunker Hat NM was added later as a joke) dropped the scroll. He then proceeded to farm refresh scrolls from the BCNM and sell them outrageously overpriced while the server farmed the haku's trying for a drop. I'm not sure how he could solo the BC way back when but that's the story.

Prices will fall when people stop buying currency that's been marked up by mules reselling. It's about supply and demand, the fact is more and more people are wanting relics because that's one of the few goals that they haven't accomplished.

I was able to get a free ohat for my rdm during the rumor when my ls tried to confirm it.

Actually he spread the rumor that Taisai dropped it, just wanted to clear this up. This also relates to Taisaijin's pop conditions (NOT killing the Taisai). And to this day, after every version update there is still the ongoing joke when players ask "Where does new item xyz drop?" "I got it from a Taisai in Ranguemont."

lol so it's like Rolan with the gobbues..guess they have Xarc/Beauc the way it is to to prevent people from running off to try to solo things since it's death at every turn o.O

Yeah pretty much, except instead of a EP-DC mob it's ~VTs and an Impossible to Gauge picking you off.

Hopefully they adjust mob placement for Xarc in this update. Xarc was fun but all the random deaths from non campaign mobs just got to the point it was annoying. Though watching that dragon fly up just to come back down was lulz worthy.

As for my experience, haven't seen much to brag about, I seen 2 bronzepieces from my first union fight, other than that no other currency.

I kinda doubt everyone that is campaigning is doing it for union. Personally, I'm just trying to get my rank up to the new medal or w/e so I can buy my items and get the fuck out :/
