Maybe, although I personally know far more people with 5/5 homam than people with even 1 salvage item. But that depends on how people choose to spend their time in game.

And yes everyone and their mother fight over homam legs which is why I said 2-3 pieces and didn't specify which ones.

Come on, homam.. hard to get? You're guaranteed drops every omega you go to. Usukane sune-ate on the other hand... need to be doing bhaflau and depending on how good your group is either dedicated on doing ramparts or doing them anyway + boss. But I guess that's comparable to getting chips, ok. THEN BEES NEED TO FUCKING POP AND DROP.

Full homam is a joke.

The only pieces of Homam a DRG uses are Legs hands and feet really, body if you use rose grip or V Fork

I know full homam isn't useful (and those that wear all 5 pieces get my foot up their ass), but my point was that people can get 5 drops from limbus 'easier' than getting anything from salvage.

Although this depends on what you do. If you do 5 salvage runs a week with a good group then you will probably get Usu feet quite fast.

No no, I wasn't talking about full homam actually being worn. I mean GETTING full homam is a joke. Way too easy. Usu on the other hand is pretty difficult. Hundreds of times easier getting my homam than my usukane.

For Ranger TP/Barrage/WS. I'm looking for the average usefulness of each to be taken into consideration, and also that I primarily use Ranger against Dark Ixion and Odin, and certain sea events.

And some more experienced rangers correct me, but I think Seiryu's Kote is best for Barrage/WS, due to AGI modifiers and the huge boost in acc from that piece. For TP, it would depend on what acc you have elsewhere.

Well, unless Barrage has a native -racc that I'm unaware of then wouldn't it be pretty much the same ammount of racc as you'd want in your /ra TP set to keep up 90%+ ACC? I guess with Barrage you could give up a little more ratt/str to push you into the 94~95% area... but idk.

I'd say S.Kote for Slug/Winder because of the -racc and AGI mod anyways.

Would need more info on your other gear, food, average buffs, etc to make a proper judgment..

Erm probably Soil but that gear is a huge cluster fuck anyway, you should use Heca Feet and Hachiryu Hands or Ares if you can't get them, buy Cuchulain's Mantle, use Byakko's Haidate and Warwolf Belt. Could change Earring1 to Hollow/Pixie too.

Typically, I use Pot-Au-Fe food, Sole Sushi if I need the extra R.Acc.

Right now, I full time Seiryu's Kote. I have the W.Abj: Hands at the moment, and am wondering if it's worth it to HQ them (I have the -1 but I'm conflicted as to whether or not I'll use them much, and could use the gil elsewhere, but I *know* that if I NQ them, I'll just regret it later). I don't have Skadi's Bazubands yet, but am wondering if I should push harder to get them, or just wait until it happens.

I'm pretty sure if you ask VXZ or Spider-Dan they will say that 10 Ranged Attack (even more so 11) will always do more damage than 15 AGI on weaponskill (maybe moreso for Gun than Bow).

That didn't show it as it's later in the spellcast but I am using Heca feet when Aggressor is up. Yeah, legs is in there wrong, thanks for noticing that.

Pixie over brutal? Is the extra 3 DEX towards critical really gonna make up that much more in the long run?

And yeah...Ares's hands is on the wishlist, but salvage hates us and never drops them. Not to mention Marduk head and feet are still a priority over Ares's for me.

Cuchulain's also on the wish list but Cerberus fails at campaign and pretty much never has the BCs open. I've wanted a Roundel for my WHM also but I don't think we've owned the windy areas for at least 8 months.

No I mean Assault could be ideally Hollow but Pixie would work better also, 5 Attack is weak compared to the 3% max Critical Hit Rate that Pixie could add if it is the last 3 you need to cap dDEX (mobAGI-yourDEX).

I've always liked RNG but never really leveled it higher than 66.

All 3 pieces have their value. S.Kote are the end-all rACC hand slot and Skadi are beautiful for DMG as long as you have rACC in other places.
I'd say the 1.X~M you'd get from the -1's would probably get you more bang than 1racc/ratk, but blood finger gauntlets are a very sexy piece.

As for AGI v. rATK.. getting that 15AGI which is a mod also gives the 7~8 racc which could allow you to swap out other pieces of gear that could be more beneficial to the WS. Like I said before.. it really depends on your setups.

If accuracy is not capped, is forager's better than cuchulain's mantle for...anything? Trying to decide if I should just sell mine.
