I'm sure this has been asked before, but would a mirke wardecors with Double Attack +2% and Dual wield +3% be better for TP gain than a rap harness for thf?
^ Probably not, but one with ACC+10 DW+3% probably is.
Your first concern should be trying to cap ACC. Remember RNG is basically like SAM; most of your damage comes from WSs.
I usually eat Pot-au-feu unless I have a COR in my Party where I eat Subs/Rabbit pie these things usually let me cap Racc on just about anything. Anyways the way I look at it is use the hands you can get the most bang for your buck from.
So if you need ~10 Racc to cap use BFG
If you need more than ~10 Racc to cap use Skote
If you dont need any racc use Skadi.
Just try to avoid Racc overflow~
For barrage: AF+1 is the best thing you can wear. No exceptions.
For WS: Slugshot Skote will be best; however since you bring Archery merits into this Ill assume sidewinder.
Sidewinder can be a toss up, at 100TP you need a full Racc set up to land anything reliably on HNM. I personally like BFG on sidewinder(I dont have skadi so Im biased here), but I will switch to Skote if Im not parsing good acc.
By the way there is another way to boost your Racc on Slugwinder, at around 150 TP the -Racc seems to go away for the most part.
Also, dont underestimate -enmity RNG can stack it big time and it is very noticable on longer fights.
War with the right gear can cap Acc 3/5ths of the time on all sorts of shit, but you're not likely to be capping out Att, keep a Forager's around.
Drk... you can get Diabolic Eye recast down pretty low, and there's always pizza.
Innin and Pizza for Ninja is why I didn't sell off a bunch of shit and snag a 3 mil Cuch when we had LV[S] last week.
Ya this. I would say Thf, Blu, and maybe Drk that didnt merit diabolic eye can sell the foragers and stick with Culcs, every other job will need to keep the foragers around for focus/aggressor/etc not being up. However, it is always good to have an attack build for when feint is up, or when in high acc situations. Really depends on what food you use though, and pizza changes a lot of gear choices. I prefer a heavy attack based food choice though and dont like to rely on pizza.
I think this is true if you can get your racc up to or above 91.8% with the af+1 on. If your racc is lower than that while wearing the af+1, then skotes provide more damage since its racc bonus > potential extra ranged shot. The farther below the cap you are while wearing af+1, the more skotes is better.
At least that's what my math says.
