Let me fist start by describing the guy to which I am referring to. This guy is rather lager, as in the size of a full grown cow, and his definition on hygiene is a yearly shower with semi-monthly laundry days. This guy doesn't actually wash his hair, he just shaves his head when it becomes to thick to mess with. The result of this is a head full of large (half-dollar) size pieces of dandruff. He can clear a bathroom in seconds and seems to love to "crop dust" (fart while walking by ones cube) whenever possible. With that being said, this is the very short conversation I had with him this morning:

Nasty Ass Fucker: "I'm going to have to move back to Rhode Island."
Me: "Why?"
Very Nasty Ass Fucker: "because apparently minors can be strippers now."
Me: walks away very slowly wondering what just happened and if I should report this.

What the fuck just happened? I am thinking this dude may be really into kids! What should I do?

You should report him purely for discussing that kind of thing at work during paid time. At my old job, there was a person similar to this "N.A.F." and multiple people reported her for poor hygiene disrupting their work environment (too stinky to sit next to). She got suspended a couple of times until she learned how to clean herself before work.
