I am not surprised at all. Haste+ is one of the possible augments in the list. As most have already said, it is more than likely limited to certain slots that already have haste on them. It would be surprising to see haste on a neckpiece or that warwolf belt with the same haste as swift or greater, though I doubt it.
I think the forums will possibly explode if refresh makes it onto some obscure piece since refresh is listed as an augment in the data table.
This is why I toss cheap ass NQ amemets at the RNG.
I'm certain the game knows I hate the model, so it will put haste +2~3 on it to force me to wear it.

Have fun trying to get that. None of the Warwolf belts we've seen up till now have shown haste on them. Currently, Warwolfs cost 100k per belt. With the sudden increase in interest due to haste, it wouldn't be surprising to see belts hit the 150k or more mark with new purchasers.
Edit: To prove my point, Foragers is now 600kish when it was 350-400k before finding out about the ACC on the FoV mantle.
I also don't get why people keep augmenting dusk gloves. At BEST you're gonna get +ACC or +DEX which is rare enough and at worst you totally fuck up TP gear.
Shouldn't all you people who want better TP hands be grabbing some of those 3k a pop ACC+5 hands and augmenting them over and over and over again for the price of 1 pair of dusk gloves until you get haste +3?

There hasn't been one yet because the vast majority of gloves being augmented are dusk which cant get more haste.
The bottom line is you're hoping for ACC+ on a 250k item when you can get haste+ on a 4-5k item. It's silly. What's even sillier is that if you're of the mentality that "I'm not going to augment for haste on a glove because I haven't seen it" then none of us are going to see it.
Warwolf got haste +3 because everyone and their mother is doing it. Out of all the Forager's Mantle's augmented @400k a pop there's been ONE that we've seen with ACC+5. Maybe 2 others with ANY ACC. 0 Dusk gloves with anything that makes it worth augmenting whatsoever. DEX+2 on Haste +3 hands =/= worth 10 attempts to get it.
While I agree with you saying that people are augmenting the wrong things.. the hands you're proposing are lv55, doubt you're going to get anything spectacular on them just because the level's so low.
And we know for sure we can't get good stats on it because the LV is lower?

Are possible alternatives if, in fact, the 55's are too low. However I don't think we have enough data on whether or not they're too low because, yes, people are augmenting the wrong things.
Well, yeah, because when augmenting 1-50 was allowed nobody got anything good besides a mnd bow or dex life belt/sniper?
None of those hands are equipable by sam. But I guess if haste would be a possible augment on hands they'd be in the best position with Hanzo tekko being 4x cheaper than dusk and level 71-75.
