Why is it good for BLU? If giving up 2% Haste for STR+5 and DEX+5 (VIT/Enmity relatively unimportant in Non-CB/SATA situations) is good, then assuming BLU could use Askar Helm (I'm well aware of the fact that BLU cannot) be better than Turban? If it is for what's mentioned in the parenthesis, then I wouldn't consider it as powerful as you're insinuating.

His argument is the benefit gained from 4%-6%haste (swift/speed belt) is higher than that of 2% haste + 5str/vit/dex. I don't know anything about blue but there'd need to be some math done before validating it either way.

I'm really confused about what people are trying to say.

BLU TPs in swift/speed, and casts big3 spells in warwolf.
No one is suggesting (I hope) TPing in warwolf, or casting spells in swift/speed.
All that is being said is that, since you're already (presumably) casting spells in warwolf, some haste on it certainly wouldn't hurt, to lower recasts.

I was talking about it as a TP piece since cpu suggested that it's worse than Swift Belt (Obviously a TP piece). As a TP piece, Swift is much better than Warwolf. As for a spell casting piece, 2% Haste isn't that great. Sure, it helps with recast, but unless you're intentionally spamming your spells (In which case MP limitations will be of greater significance than recast limitations), I doubt most BLUs will notice it (If it even reduces your recast with just the 2% haste).

Edit: Now look at the question: Do DDs TP in Turban or Askar? Good ones cap their ACC and go with the former. Ace's is another story.
