He tried to sell his account with the intent of scamming it is what I heard. Apparently he bragged about it and the EGS mods banned him before hand to prevent people from being fucked over.

Apparently some people had a hard-on over never getting into TSD, and went so far as to fake a vent convo where "Dillinja" claimed he was planning to recall post-sale.

EGS temp-banned until I produced sufficient evidence invalidating the paper-thin 'proof.'

(Protip- if you're trying to frame someone, don't record yourself doing it.)

Anyway, something something was a good run, good to see Sath & Lyra are carrying on the nin torch (in spirit.)

I'm actually on vacation in Maryland as I'm reading this but I just wanna say Q_Q at you leaving D. But yeah, I have very few regrets as well and I, unfortunately, have put the NIN torch down and picked up the giant boom-stick torch of WAR. All I can hope is that it's just as fun for 10% of the work.

The fail new JAs, the lack of Jubaku: Ni, the lack of an update to 1h relics or an adjustment to haste calculation for dual-wield / hand-to-hand melee, and most importantly the weapon that was to potentially save NIN, Nagi, being a steaming pile of useless shit has left me content with my accomplishments (solo mainly) but convinced that I played NIN to the best I could before setting off on a completely different tangent.

Lyra, Dil, and myself will eventually come across an update in a year or so which would have given us all the long-awaited augment or boost to make our efforts with Kikoku and NIN as a whole worthwhile and the most that I can hope for is that we'll all scoff and say, "well /I/ did it before it was cool."

/nostalgia off. Fuck Nagi. Fuck SE. Good job with everything Dil. The NIN torch, and I'm sure Lyra can confirm this, is sitting extinguished on the floor waiting for another brave soul to pick it up.

As for me? I'm going to hit shit with a stick.

Nin was alot of fun. Mostly because we made it so. Being underdog DD and constantly having to proof yourself.


I am currently playing Tyches Char for WOTG missions and I feel I could get mostly the same results as NIN with only 20% the effort.



I also love how SE is STILL scared of dualwield in 2009 because of all the new fay weapons only working main hand. Such an unneeded thing.
