I'm pretty sure I used to have Hyper Thyroidism.. most of the time it ends up with you're thyroid burning itself out and you go Hypo Active afterwards. Keep you're eye on it.
Uhhh..Yeah hahah I do mean HPYER active, was late when I posted.

Anyways, if I did this, I would just try to eat a high calorie diet, and then do this, to help put on *some* muscle. I'm not trying to looke like Brad Pitt in Fight Club, just some muscle with out going to a gym.

I'd hate to be one of those guys who have to look at calories on boxs of cereal, not hating if you do, just I can't stay that commited to a diet.

Yeah I did Ab Ripper X on the same day a total of one time. I found it's too much to ask me to come back and do it the same day so I moved it to just before bed or usually just the morning after which is always one of the easy days (Plyo, Yoga, Kenpo or Stretch) so it works out nicely to where I can start with Abs and do those after work or whenever I get home.

Most of the actual work outs are like 50minutes -1hr, but there is usually like a 20 minute warm up before you actually work out. All in all these work outs will kick your ass at the start of the program

quit wasting your money on muscletech products, you're paying out the ass for a name. try the gapari line, once you try plasma jet you'll never want to go back to anything else

Has anyone seen the new clothing material out now? Supposedly uses your sweat to cool your body. Most clothing I have seen is either cotton, horrible, or the shit that makes your sweat just glide off, what I use.

Saw it on like Fox Sports or one of those side sports networks.

I know that is how you cool your body down. But I think the technology keeps the sweat in the clothing and somehow it helps you cool your body more. I always thought it was better for your sweat to roll off so you can keep on sweating. Something about if your sweat stays on your body you can't generally sweat too much. Seeing how you have sprayers at some marathons to get the stagnant sweat off your body?

I don't think before I post some time, head is like a faucet son.

No worries. It's not actually the sweat itself that cools you - it's the process of evaporation. If you want to cool down, you want your skin to be wet (by whatever means) so that the water evaporates into the air, taking energy in the form of heat with it in the process of evaporation.

As far as how clothes help/hinder that, I have no idea.

Saw an infomercial last night about this new work out program called "Insanity". Wondering if anyone has heard about it or used it and how it would compare to P90X

I'll probably start P90x this fall since I finally got caught sneaking into the gym at my old job.
