I can't sleep. Does anyone have a suggestion for non habbit forming OTC type of stuff?
I took nyquil and it let me pass out for about an hour and I'm up again. Beer doesn't work either because I'm practically immune at this point because I drink it so much.
I'm going on day 3 without more than a few odd hour long "naps". See a doctor? Can they even do anything other than a damn pill that I'd end up getting addicted to?
