Having been treated in Canada and in China for injuries...I can agree totally. Glad to hear Brock is doing better and will be back soon.

I live in Canada. It's really not that bad. You just need to see a specialist for whatever it is you're going in for.

The real issue, for Canadians anyway, is that there aren't enough family doctors to go around. Because to see a specialist, you have to have a family doctor to begin with.

It's just a different system from what you yanks are used to... And it's not like Canada is the standard for free health-care. If you want to model a health-care system, steal from the French. Can't go wrong there.

Anyway, yeah it's good to have Brock coming back. Anybody who smashes Mir's face in is ok in my books.

Exactly. Mir wasn't beaten because Brock laid on him and was too heavy for poor 255 lb Frank to move...he was taken down by a world class wrestler, no shame there, and then punched in the face until he lost his will to continue fighting. I am not a big Brock fan honestly, but the dude is a monster. I think if this were the 1800's he'd be fighting bears and tigers in a circus somewhere, he's just a freak.

That was the issue for me, I just got the runaround at the ER and it took forever to get someone to look at me who actually knew what they were looking at. I tore my ACL and MCL in my left knee, I had about 8 doctors at the hospital look at it and tell me it was a sprain and I should be just fine with some swelling reducers. I walked on it for another day and realized quickly that it wasn't a sprain and I needed to get back to the US asap. I am not anti-universal healthcare by any stretch...just heard and had bad experiences with the Canadian version.

Yeah Canadian ER's are a disaster, no question. I'm actually impressed you got to see 8 doctors, even if they were useless. I remember when my brother broke his arm, we were in the lobby for like 6 hours. Then we got to sit around in another waiting room for another 2 before a doctor came to see us.

I'm also not a big fan of Brock. I just hate Mir more. Fool drives me nuts.
