By Vadim I'm assuming he means his manager? I don't keep up with manager names.

He is Fedor's manager and M-1 president or something like that. I'm pretty sure that Fedor has an ownership stake in M-1 Global so it's not as much of the company controlling him as it appears to people.

Fedor has an interest in the company for sure, but not near as much as people seem to think. Overeem went on to say that if Fedor loses than M1 is finished as a company and they will have no more power to "co-promote". He thinks that Fedor is ducking him because Vadim knows that he will lose his only bargaining chip and the company will fold. I personally believe that as well. I don't think Fedor is scared of anyone, but I think Vadim is terrified of certain fighters because there is that chance that Fedor loses and then he's screwed. Fedor will still be able to get work 'cause no one really cares if he loses a couple...but M1 will lose all power then.
