He was alright the first show or 2 and then you realized all his sayings were repeated way too often. Every single knee being a gut munching knee is a bit much

That was a bit sketchy. They have instant replay available for certain stoppages, but it certainly was a dumb place to be throwing those knees to begin with and I can see from the ref's angle why he stopped it.

Oh yeah, without the replay I thought he hit him too... But once you saw it from the right angle, it was pretty obvious he didn't touch him.

He'll definitely never throw a knee at a downed opponent again though.

I really wish they'd allow downed knees, but whatever. I can understand wanting to throw knees to the body/chest, but it's just too risky. I have seen guys break collarbones from the north/south position with knees, but it's so dangerous to throw that knee and have the guy flinch 4 inches to the right and you're DQ'd.
