Dana had said in the post-fight interview that he wanted Anderson to fight Vitor, if he beats Sonnen, first before he permanently went to LHW. I guess that's his "punishment" or whatever.

Yea he has to fight Sonen, then Vitor and not do what he has been doing. Dana was asked if Silva would move up now, to which he said "I am still not happy with him. He has two fights atleast before he can move up." If he pulls the same stunt again Dana said he will cut him. So basically Silva has to prove himself before being allowed to leave 85 again.

I was still waiting for someone to mention how classy shogun was after beating Machida's face in. As soon as he went limp he stopped hitting him, thought that was pretty awesome, I have yet to see anyone mention that, anywhere.

yea i noticed that too, pretty awesome. looked like he actually walked away before the ref even stopped it. Only other person I have seen do this was Nate Marquardt for Damian Maia

He was asked about it and said he thought the knee didn't hit either but at the end of the day, only the people fighting would really know.

MMA live reported that Dana said Daley is done in the UFC. If he wants to fight after the match is over, he can go to Strikeforce. LOL D-League.

Ariel's a classy guy. You'd be hard pressed to find a reason to dislike the guy.

On a side note, internet sleuths have found the reasoning behind Shoguns success in the cage. He is in fact the Dark Knight.

Kos is a douche, total douche. I met him once and he didn't even bother to look up at anyone he just asked for name and signed away...other fighters were more open and gave handshakes and posed for pictures. A buddy that went with me that day (UFC Gym grand opening) started saying shit to Kos about faking the eye poke in his last fight against Johnson.

edit: chest hair. I see it now..haha.

Dunno how many of you guys check out the UG forums, but Shane Carwin has been posting over there lately, and did so today. Very cool guy, trys to answer any questions when he can. Worth checking it out if you are a fan of his.

Also about Shogun stopping after Machida went limp, the ref was joking about how he was happy to see that, and it makes his job easier not having to tackle a fighter off another, etc. It was nice to see a fighter respect another in that way knowing he could have kept going and chose not to inflict more damage. Very classy of him.

If it was Miragliotta, he would've waited until the crowd said to stop it, and made Shogun throw a few more punches before stopping

i liked it, just hoping it doesn't turn the sport into boxing with all the WWE type drama

yeah seemed that Rashad was training harder.
