Story is Sonnen did an interview where he says Lance Armstrong gave himself Cancer, then profited from it, and that he should own up to it.
Jim Rome called him on it, and Sonnen said he never said it, so Rome played the interview and it sounded just like Sonnen. Sonnen said it wasn't him, the guy in that 45 min interview sounded Hispanic. LOL
