If you've seen some of chaels interviews he often brings up that people hate anderson and love him. The piece of evidence he uses for his love is that he won his political race with 99.6% of the vote. He said it again in the PC and then Ariel basically said 'is that the race you ran unopposed in?" and then chael laughed and admitted it was. It wasn't ever really a secret but it was hilarious to see him admit it

The whole PC was great. Chael called out ed soares (andersons manager) for translating incorrectly (although I think Chael just misheard 1 of the words) and then basically called portugeuse a stupid language. Alves was always laughing and like looking around like he wanted to see if this was really happening whenever Chael said anything. And then at the end Guida wins a charity award and instead of talking about the charity he just sucked up to dana and the ufc and plugged ufc 117, it was kind of strange.

What's this, a pick against phil davis and a no pick on his fight? This guys style is different than jon jones but his ceiling is probably the same as far as how young they both are in the sport, pay attention to this guy.

And what the holy hell at Chael having better bjj. Not only should it be obvious from his losses but he is a republican, he doesn't roll around on the ground and train bjj.

Mr. Wonderful has talent, no question. But I think people are sleeping on Wallace for this one. I like this upset.

I find it quite funny that in the hype videos for chael and anderson beating guys up when they show chael slamming guys he seems to be in a guillotine half of the time.

Disrespecting your opponent outside the ring is one thing, it's part of the hype and the showmanship of professional fighting. Disrespecting your opponent inside the ring is worse. If you can beat him, beat him quickly and effortlessly and leave it at that. Anderson Silva has disrespected opponents in the ring taunting them and acting like an ass.

While I know Silva has great striking and solid ground game I do hope Sonnen wins. I think anyone training to fight Silva has to focus on hand speed training. Silva demonstrates supreme confidence in his ability to dodge and weave with head movement to avoid hits. So far his opponents lack striking speed, they all have power but their hands are too slow. Speed is power the faster you punch and kick the harder they hit.
