There was 1 koscheck fan at the bar where I watched this. There was one guy giving him a really hard time when that fight was on and it was one of his friends, pretty funny to see. The menu's were renamed to UFC related things koschecks food was 'koscheck is a baby back ribs'. Dana had something like Dana's fat ass burger which I thought was pretty good.

I'm wondering what the next storyline for how to beat GSP will be. Maybe the fact that he got several takedowns stuffed is that shields can use his wrestling to put GSP on bottom and kill him. They have to come up with something to convince the fans that GSP won't destroy shields standing.

I was serious about the wall analogy, stand straight up facing a wall or jump straight into it with your face, that's the difference in force when a guy leaps into a punch like Joe Daddy did or gets clocked backing up/standing stationary. Same thing happened when Smith got iced by Daley's left hook, probably wasn't the hardest punch ever thrown at Smith but running into it made it so. The Silva-Griffin jab was the same principle.

MMAphysics, force is mass x acceleration, a stationary target eating a strike absorbs only the force of the strike, running into a strike with your head essentially means your head is striking the fist with another mass x acceleration calculation as it is being stricken which generally doesn't go in the head's favor.

also, perfect placement on the jaw line sent the brain a'rattlin.

I've long wondered what kind of chin I have. I remember pillow fights that made my head hurt but I don't know if that is a sign of anything. I haven't been in a fight so I don't really have anything better to judge my chin.
