I loved in the K1 tourney after the ref warned him twice when reem kept using 2 hands the ref had this pained and worried look on his face and he would do some halfhearted gestures as if to warn him

New K1 rules are you can't use 2 hands to hold the head when you throw a knee. Overeem kept using 2 hands, but not really egregiously, and getting warnings. He is basically fighting muscle memory to try and only use 1 hand when using both hands is natural.

Was using knees with an illegal hold against Spong. Ref gave a half-assed warning to look like he was doing his job. Not that it matters since Reem wrecked him in the 3rd round anyways.

I think they did it to try to make Schilt's road to the title harder. He isn't a marketable champ and it's, usually, a forgone conclusion that he is going to win. Since all he needs to do is lift his leg up an inch to knee your face off they wanted to weaken one of his main weapons.

Only thing I'm worried about is if Pettis can go 5 rounds, he looked pretty gassed against Roller. But his TD defense is solid, very active guard, and his stand-up should blow Bendo apart.

also if Shalourus just remembers he can wrestle better than 99% of the lightweight division he will steamroll Bartimus but even his bear in a beehive striking should get the job done.

I think you guys are nuts about the bantamweight title fight, along with Machida Cruz's striking is the toughest riddle in MMA to solve and I don't think Jorgensen has the kicks or sense of distance to deny Cruz the mobility and angles he lives off of.

dominick cruz is so annoying, benevidaz counter punched the shit out of him which was reflective in the score cards, watching that fight on mute prevents all the footwork blowjobs cruz was receiving, fight was so much closer than the commentary made it out to be. guy just looks like a spasming retard.

Are you taking into account that Cruz will break at least 3 bones in the first round or 2?

I think Jorgenson can use his wrestling. I know cruz is a good offensive wrestler (spams knee picks) but I can't remember much about him defensively.
