Well...we learned that Mark Kerr should NEVER enter a ring again. Problem is that we already knew that. I would like to see Mo fight some real competition. What in the hell was with the wrestling shoes btw? The show had some odd decisions and quick fights. It also solidified that I really hate freaking draws. There needs to be some better unified rules and a unified referee commission that holds these guys accountable.

    Which fight was a draw?

That fatass ref was pretty terrible on a few fights, he basically stood right in front of a guy tapping and then fumbled about while trying to sort out what kind of food tastes best and how to stop a fight.

Alexey Oleinik v. Rogent Lloret was the draw.

I would also like to petition the fight promoting community to NEVER EVER EVER hire Mike Schiavello to announce again. Please. He is the worst announcer ever. "He has more hooks than Torri Spellings bra!" "He'll put you to sleep quicker than Dr. Conrad Murray" I turned the volume off.

lol I only wish I could be cool enough to be called "the toughest guy at the BBQ" by Dana White. -_-

    Spoiler: show
These fights are pretty nice tonight. The only real lowpoint for me so far was the Brandon Vera fight, but Marquardt and Duffee are awesome knockouts I haven't seen in awhile. lol

I am not terribly interested to see that again right now. Maybe Hendo v Nate and Anderson get another 205 fight...I really don't know.

I would like to see Hendo And Nate get a second shot at Anderson. Nog vs Randy was an awesome fight even though I wanted randy to win. Soszynski was too green for Vera.

I hope I didn't convince whoever wanted to bet on Thiago to not go ahead and lay some money down. It's amazing how jardine beats chuck and hangs with a off rampage but then gets blown out by silva(s)

My stream got super choppy on the main event but that fight was pretty damn good. It had close sub attempts and knockdowns and some good ol slug fest action.

Woo, won a whole $13 tonight after my picks (Randy, Silva, Marquardt, Soszynski, Simpson).

Marquardt is probably my favorite middleweight fighter, and I figured he would blow Maia out of the water. I think he will be the man to topple Anderson if he gets another shot, which I think he is certainly deserving. He hasn't lost a fight since his first try against The Spider (that Leites loss was horseshit), and has certainly been on a tear.

I think that jardine has a terrible time with ultra aggressive fighters (wandy, thiago) but can hang with people who are not as aggressive. Sucks to see him lose, i def dont want to see thiago/machida II. forrest will probably end up fighting thiago.

minotaro vs randy was a great fight and i loved every minute of it. Good to see minotaro in top form and sucks to see randy lose.

kristof (sp) had a hard fight on his hands. I dont think he was too green, maybe too green to the UFC but he has had WAY more fights than anyone else on the card.

THERE WERE SOME BRUTAL KNOCKOUTS TONIGHT! Im going on the UG/sher to see if there are any good shoop threads

Couture signed a 6 fight, 28 month deal to close out his career in the UFC before the fight last night. He said he is going to retire in the UFC...but not now. He is going to weigh his options and decide if he wants to fight heavy or light-heavy next. It was a great fight between two men who looked awesome. I was impressed with Nog overall and he should get the next shot at the belt...but I don't think it's going to end well if it's still Brock on top.

I am really glad Rosholt gave a good showing. He showed his striking had improved a ton and fought a very nice technical fight without trying for the takedown 2378423974983 times a round. He even ended up with sub of the night for that arm triangle.

I didn't get a chance to see what happened earlier. But how did Ed Herman get hurt against Simpson? I can't find anything on it yet and I'm just curious.
