YUP YUP. DO U GUYZ THINK THE NSAC COULD DO SOMETHING!? WAR JDS!!!
definitely cheering for Cain, worried about ring rust though. A year is a long time to be off and get thrown in against the #1 contender.
Home Depot... Amazing.
what the hell are you talking about the betting line was basically even when they fought and Sherdoggers disrespect Lesnar and his achievements far more than they praise him
As to the fight, JDS won't go out like a bitch and his boxing is far better than Cain's but I expect a ground and pound clinic out of Velasquez. JDS has never faced a wrestler anywhere near that level, everyone's fallen in love with Cain's improving standup but he outwrestled a far larger Lesnar and grapplefucked Rothwell + Kongo baaaaaaaad. He'd be wise to stick to that gameplan, wasn't that many fights ago Kongo lit him up baaaaaad on the feet.
Yeah, people seem to forget Kongo rocked Cain bad twice. And people just love to hate on Lesnar for shits and giggles, we're talking about the same guy who put Cain away for a year from just a stuffed takedown that literally ripped Velazquez's shoulder.
and he still lost that bad? I wonder how Cain did it.
Kongo fight was 2 years ago, Cain has improved a lot since. I can't wait for this shit.
I have no clue how this fight is going to go, if Cain is persistent and successful with his wrestling, he probably finishes by GnP. If JDS stretches this out to championship rounds and gets Cain tired, I wouldn't be surprised to see a JDS KO late in the fight.
I am guaranteeing that there is a 30% chance that cain will definitely maybe outstrike JDS from the very start.
Cain get tired? Guy easily has the best cardio in the division.
Only legit wrestler JDS has ever faced was Carwin and he easily handled him because Carwin couldn't keep a pace to threaten him, JDS was able to stuff his takedowns throughout the whole fight. This isn't going to be the case with Cain who'll keep coming at him relentlessly. JDS can definitely out-strike Cain though because he's a striker who barely throws any kicks to begin with, he leaves little openings for the threat of a takedown.
cain gonna maul him like a mauler. or get pwned by ring rust
Meh he always seems to have huge gaps between his fights, look at how long it took for him to fight for the title. I hope this seriously changes after the JDS fight, I want to see Cain defend that shit much more.
Shoulder surgery is a bitch.
Cain isn't Guida. He's going to get tired, especially if he's working hard for takedowns that get stuffed for 2-3 rounds. Don't let Joe and Goldy fool you into thinking Cain isn't going to get tired when facing an upper tier opponent over 5 rounds.
haven't seen anything out of Cain to suggest he'll fade worse than JDS will
the only decisions JDS has seen have been against guys that posed little threat to him and he could engage at will and conserve his energy, whereas look at how fucking hard Cain was pushing Kongo at the end of the third round in their fight
the injury? maybe he's a Shogun and can't get in shape following one to save his life but i'm going with experience here. dude hasn't seen many second rounds but he's never even slowed down in a fight.
though i think you 30% jiggas are craaaazzzzyyy never seen anything out of Cain to suggest he can box with a JDS level striker.

and one fight that suggests he can't
In the middle of watching the Primetime on Hulu right now since my stupid DVR recorded the wrong show. About halfway through, well done up to this point.
A fight that was 2 years ago, he WON, and he's vastly improved since. That has been the only time he's shown a weakness. But since we are bringing up old shit, JDS has been backed up before and gassed in the end of the fight with Nelson, and for the record isn't undefeated, only in the UFC.
