Gonna be hard to explain but here goes:

I was in full mount, my right hand was on his right collar, and my left was slid under -my- right arm and held his left collar(referred to as lapel in bjj) so my forearms were in an X. Then you use the lapel to roll your forearms into their throat, and while in mount you push your self forward so that your forehead touches the mat, it's a real simple but real reliable blood choke.

Well, just got home, tried signing on my phone to post after matches but it wasn't cooperating. Didn't do as well as I wanted to, I went home with bronze. There were a lot more people than I was expecting to be on my bracket and I gassed out by the 5th fight
