I know people have to be excited for this weekend. Faber vs Barao, Lombard vs Boetch.
I predict Faber takes a decision, Lombard via TKO whenever the hell he feels like it.

rewatched the Jorgensen fight today, how in the name of God is Barao a betting favorite
Kid hasn't lost a fight in like 6 years. He's dangerous, but I think Faber's got it all goin' on right now. What he did to Bowles was a big fucking deal.
Oh god.. please tell me you haven't seen the NSFW version of that gif? so awful but still lol'd.
I have not.
Spoiler: show
There you go.
Idk man, I respect Faber and all and want him to win but...dude is worse than Kenny Florian when it comes to title fights, he's lost 5 lol. Barao has way too much momentum behind him to lay down like Bowles did.
Don't get me wrong, I like Cruz more than Faber but I'm tired of all these god damn Brazilians winning championships.
wat
he defended his WEC title 5 times before trying one of the silliest spinning back elbows in history against Brown, and was beating up Brown pretty good in the rematch before breaking both his hands and being reduced to throwing only elbows
Aldo butchered him but i thought he won the Cruz fight. two knockdowns > meaningless takedowns that resulted in no damage
Bowles-Faber is the new motivated BJ Penn/"Prime" Fedor. Having said that, still picking Faber.
i come from a boxing background so it's hard for me to see a guy score two knockdowns in 5 rounds, while never getting hurt or knocked down himself, and lose a decision
C'mon, you're a smart dude and I enjoy some of your posts in this thread but you can't honestly tell me after being outstruck the entire match, scoring two knockdowns(mind you Cruz stood right back up) outweigh all of the strikes :/
Cruz whipped his ass. He didn't dominate/finish...but he definitely won.
Logan Stanton is back!
Anyone see the Bellator pre lims? Loved that thai clinch clinic from Ben Saunders, that shit looked fucking painful.
Lol, oh man.
The fight was competitive is how I would describe it. 48-47 for Cruz would've been a fair scoring. I think Cruz definitely won, but a single round up on a guy in a 5 round fight can be turned around in the rematch in a heart beat.
So it looks like Dana is going to decide whether Weidman or Lombard get the title shot tomorrow. Who do you guys want to see fight Silva next? Personally.. I hope Lombard wins big and gets his shot tomorrow, he's been on a huge winning streak, lots of finishes. I hear he is quite the character, I don't think he will have much respect for Silva, would be surprising otherwise.
I think Faber is going to throw the Dillashaw uppercut and catch Barao and make something happen from there.
