most of the undercard featured finishes and the Miller-Phan decision was a real solid scrap. good night to remind you why you watch MMA

I only got to see the last 3 fights and they all were good. Honest opinion though, Lyoto didn't win, Bader lost. The DUMBEST thing you can do against a counter striker is rush in face first and Bader got what he deserved.

I honestly thought Evans had a better chance than Machida, but now, I dunno who could beat Jones. Hopefully training with Anderson Silva could help Machida with mind games when standing. He was practicing it against Bader tonight.
I don't wanna see another division get locked down by one man and everyone else fighting for 2nd place.

The NSAC aren't really known for bending the rules for fighters unless they are super rich boxers so I'd be surprised if overeem gets licensed early

on kind of a side note, i recently saw some youtube videos of confrontations between carlos mencia and joe rogan. i've seen mencia talk tough before, but he seemed more tentative, shying away from aggravating rogan even when rogan got right in his face. wonder if that's because he knows rogan would beat him to a pulp if that happens.

So, I'm a huge Marcus Brimage fan, really want to see him wreck Hettes after he dismantled Nam like he did. Though I'm scared that Brimage is gonna get grapple-raped, I'm rooting for him to keep it standing and to work Hettes via UD for the upset, much like Maximo. Speaking of Maximo are they giving him another fight or is he one and done?
