They should just make a fight card with 5 main events and 5 co mains and 50 other supporting fights and whoever manages to not explode from injury ends up making the official
fight card.

Brazilian fans are actually pushing for a Chael x Glover fight.

The other suggestion to "save" 153 would be Spider x Rashad @ LHW. Also, small talks of either Big Nog or Wand being thrown in there for a ticket sales boost.

Also, speculation of Chad Mendes x Edgar.

Yea, Bonnar is gonna come out and go out swingin', dude has fucking balls taking the GOAT of MMA in his house...on a months notice. I wouldn't be surprised if it went down how Andys fight with Forest did but I like to think Stephan is gonna land a few shots, although nothing significant. I'm pretty amped for this fight though, maybe it's the fanboy in me.

Edit: Weidman would have been such a better fight, though I guess for Weidmans status as contender a month simply isn't enough time to train(though imo as a contender you should always be training to fight the champ, but then again I'm just some fat kid behind a laptop who rolls jj part time.)

It's Silva doing the UFC a solid by saving a card. Probably doesn't even have enough time to cut the weight properly to MW, let alone train to take on the number one contender.

Doesn't Bonnar have a 80 inch reach? Will be interesting to see Anderson fight someone bigger and longer than him, but if it doesn't go the same way Griffin vs Silva did, should be a great fight.

Bonnar has a far better chin than Griffin but it's going to essentially be a repeat performance. Stephan is slow as shit and Silva has the best reflexes in the business + Bonnar leaves himself wide open when he strikes. Silva by total domination in a fight that will not and could never be competitive.

cool of him to do the UFC a favor but this is a terrible matchup that's just going to make Anderson look good. A slow, defensively suspect slugger who can't wrestle that well and doesn't have much power is never going to beat Silva, even with all the heart and cardio and size in the world

The odds for Silva are now something like -1300 lol I might lay down a bet on that simply because it would be the closest thing to a sure bet I'll ever see.
