I said it myself. UFC is retarded these days, they were actually contemplating another middleweight who didn't even deserve a title shot. I don't care how desperate you are, there are way more reputable people they could somehow FORCE in, they've done it before. Coulda brought in Gegard or King Mo, ANYONE else but not actual LHW's.

Can't blame the UFC for the matchmaking recently, fighters sneeze and they have an injury now. I don't think they can force any fighters into a fight either, have a huge influence to do it sure, but doubt they can force them unless they're champs.

I still think Gegard would give Jones a better fight than any of these guys Jones has faced. I still wanted to see Hendo vs Jones, I know Hendo wouldn't have layed down like that.

Blame Greg Jackson if anything. He knew Vitor is only good for the first three minutes as far as his striking is concerned. Jones immediately went for the takedown and held him there for most of the first round.

Vitor ? pretty weak but injury replacement aight. before that Bader, Shogun, Evans, Machida, Rampage.

he's a bag of dicks but he's annihilated the division outside of Hendo and the young guns who are only now getting ready. LHW used to be considered one of the strongest and deepest divisions, would still be if it wasn't for this spectacular title run.
