i still can't believe that happened
couldn't believe what i was seeing when it was happening
the greatest K-1 fighter of all time losing to the roided freakshow
twice
Problem?
Didn't bother watching the card, looks like I didn't miss anything. That guy that just lost to Matt Riddle wants to move up to 185, he's already undersized lol. 5'9 and 70 inch reach...gonna get ragdolled at MW.
HENDRICKS GUNNA BE TEH 1 TO TAKE OUT GSP GUIZ, WATCH! - Sherdog in a nutshell lol.
Aw the gif above doesn't show him crying!
^Lol everyone must have lost their collective shit when Fujita nearly K.O'd him, had him on wobbly legs, the most hurt he's probably ever looked standing up.
I remember jumping out of my seat watching that fight. He then proceeded to hit Fujita so hard that everyone who was watching thought someone just died. That was when everyone thought Fujita's head was made of concrete and he was impossible to KO...lol
Nah, that shit started with his fight against Ken Shamrock. Fujita took a beating so badly that Ken tired himself out punching Ironhead in the face and Ken's corner had to throw in the towel.
I meant before the Fedor fight since he got ko'd in that fight for the first time. He had a couple fights where he took severe beatings and never went down though. I remember them talking it up to the point where they had him do some sort of test...(mri/ct scan/not sure)...which showed he had a "thicker skull than average". With our knowledge of brain injuries now...I wonder how ole' Fujita is doing...
I'm pretty sure he's still unconscious from Reem's knee.
it's certainly possible. Hendricks will be the best wrassler GSP has faced since Kos and his unorthodox southpaw power striking has starched several good and resilient strikers
i take GSP in the fight but Hendricks is a worthy challenger not a Dan Hardy type where the only drama is to see if there will be a finish or not
In my brief search for what the hell happened to Fujita...I found the greatest quote ever: "I am not so great a puncher, not so great a kicker. I don't really have anything all that great, but in today's vale tudo, the strongest is the one that can take a beating." - Kazuyuki Fujita.
After looking at his history...I think we forgot that Fedor rocked him hard, but then picked him up by the throat and rnc'd him. The only time he's been knocked out for real was Ubereem. I really can't find anything past that fight either. lol
tl;dr....Overeem killed a guy.
edit: oh god...

almost pissed myself first time i read that
Ben Askren reported to be in Hawaii to train with Bj Penn, if this is true, fucking awesome.

Just hope the source is more credible than the guy who made the Bj at the airport thread, seems legit so far with pictures posted in the middle.
I remember that cracked article. Hilarious shit.
First time I ever read that article. I remember watching some of those fights and wondering how he didn't die. Fucking hilarious article.
