justin.tv , if you search the sports section or type in ufc you will probably find a couple streams. Many of the streams will probably just link to some other site which may or may not require a registration. Just keep searching until you find one and when you do keep an eye on the chat since there will be people linking other stream sites so if they seem legit keep those in mind for if your stream dies

channelsurfing.net should have 1 or 2 (you may need internet explorer to make it work) and it may ask to open/install tvu web player which is a safe program so install it and open the link again and it should play

ustream.tv I don't use much but it should have it too, probably uses a bunch of same streams as justin.tv
