Shogun dominated Machida. He was the aggressor, landed more hits, dished out more damage, and even pushed the pace of the fight.

Everyone I watched the fight with all agreed that Shogun won hands down. Most of them are huge Machida fans even.

I had it 3-2 Shogun, but could see how it could've gone either way in the earlier rounds. It is shitty to say, but never leave it in the judges hands if you wanna win. Dana walked over to Shogun after the fight and said "You won the fight". I had a looooong day today after being at the 'Bama game all day and almost fell asleep in the 4th...too much counterpunching and neither of them wanted to make a mistake. I can appreciate a chess match for a little while, but someone has to be willing to take a risk. There is no reward without risk.

Struve will do to Gormley what he did to Stojnic... Gormley is just a Bodyshop Fitness team wrestler (lolNAIA) which makes him as boring as Antonio McKee. He also has an armband tattoo which makes him a loser. Therefore he will try to keep top control until Struve reverses him and takes his back making a submission victory for Struve, his 14th, an inevitability.
