I've been using a Dazzle video capture device since around late 2006 for capturing my video, but as of a week or so ago, I've switched to the 64-bit version of windows XP, and I'm going to be upgrading to Windows 7-64 this fall.
Dazzle has absolutely zero support for either operating system and don't seem to be interested in providing it, either. Even vista has very limited support and it doesn't work for 64-bit vista either.
Long story short I can't stream anything with this card anymore. I'm looking for a good, INTERNAL tuner card that I can use to replace the dazzle. Obviously it needs to be able to support 64-bit XP, maybe Win7 in the future. Other things I need:
* Either S-video or Composite video support
* Composite audio support, or some sort of audio that I can use a splitter to convert it into composite audio
* Able to stream directly into a program like stickam, ustream, or be recorded with windows movie maker or something of the sort.
I'm not looking for a tuner that's designed mostly to capture cable television. if it has that on there too, fine, but it's not the primary interest of my shopping, if any at all.
I hear Hauppauge has good tuners, but my friend told me that the ones he's tried out have been a real bitch to stream with, and he had to use a bunch of programs in order to get the video to work. No audio either.
Any suggestions from those out there that capture gaming footage / TV like I do?
