Edit: Original problem solved.
New issue: Well now I have a 2nd problem, the font looks blurryish. I configured cleartype, but it still seems off to me.

After waking up today and messing with it, I may have fixed my problem. I opened CCC and adjusted the scaling options. So far this seems to be the only fix I can find. Not much info online. I am still kind of iffy on it though, so if anyone knows a different fix tht worked for them I appreciate it.
There's a DVI > HDMI converter you can try. It plugs into the DVI port of your card and then you can plug in an HDMI cable. I'm not sure which type windows will detect it as though.
Yeah I am using that, also have a DVI to HDMI cable.

Is 1920x1080 the native res of the monitor?
Yeah it's 1080p with a 16:9 ratio
It's possible it's just my glasses making it look different, going to have to get a 2nd opinion I guess.
