Why is it that whenever someone is corrected on their grammar on the internet, the first response they give is that English is not their first language? I bet that's true less than half the time, and it's just a for most.

Reason people are saying this is stupid and it's not going to work is because it's stupid and it's not going to work. If you want to petition them for race changes you should do what someone else suggested and type out a formal letter, sign it, and mail it.

I don't understand how someone could pick a race and then hate it later. I picked my sexy Elvaan in 2005 and I've never regretted it. Humes are boring to me, being a "cute Tarutaru" isn't my style, Mithras are female only, and Galkas are... well they're Galkas.

Pick what you like and move on. If it sucks so much use PlasticSurgeon. If you're not on PC, tough luck <_<;

To be fair, I didn't, I just find it funny that everytime it happens, the one who is being corrected uses the same "not my first language" fallback line.

Hated it so much (and I played on 360 back then) so I just remade a Hume character. Never looked back since.

I will agree with you there. The character selection screen's graphics were awesome, then I start up and I have a small head and long neck. But I don't care, I'm still damn sexy and no one can tell me otherwise! <_<

If you're talking about us nitpicking the petition, it's because it's a petition, where the goal is to be taken seriously.

Now think about this, you're hardly to be taken seriously if you're writing something important and you mess up on easy things such as grammar which can easily be solved with a spell checker and takes seconds to do.

I'd judge by the posts that people are talking about skin deep appearances of their character. At some point in time I got sick of my character face and just .dat swapped it.

I bet you could level a second character with several 75s with the race/sex/face/size that you want in the time it will take for SE to respond (if they do at all).
