Blarg - I've lived with female non-gf roommates 3 times. In undergrad, had a 3bdrm where a girl I knew from HS was one of the roommates. Cool chick, not super social, very little sexual tension, worked out fine.

Grad school, had two hot girls staying for a semester in one bedroom of a 3bdrm place - weren't around that much, had hot friends over occasionally, surprisingly little sexual tension (I was still a huge pussy back then). Only problem was they skipped out on the final utility bills when they left, fucking bitches.

i'm a little more forgiving toward men for a couple of reasons. on the urine thing, you can't always shake all the remnants out of the snake. every now and then they get those rogue drops after the fact and that's just how it is. i kind of feel more sorry for that situation than repulsed by it, even though i don't relish the prospect of having to touch those undies.

on the skid marks, a lot of dudes have ass hair. sometimes it just fucking happens. of course there's a line you can cross over where it's happening too often to be the product of bad luck, but i'm not going to freak out if it happens rarely. plus you have to factor in ball sweat which can stain over time. men really just drew the short straw when it comes to keeping underwear clean and sanitary. the best they get is powder.

women though, we have equipment that's pretty much built to evacuate everything relatively cleanly by comparison. we're nowhere near as hairy, our urethra is like 4" shorter on average and isn't threaded through a meat hose. we have a ton of sanitary products available to us. there's really no excuse. wash up lil mama wash up!
