[Important Update Details]
The following issues have been addressed:

- The elemental weapon skills of "Honebami," "Chiroptera Dagger" and "Bourdonasse" were not functioning properly.
- Upon the use of the weapon skill "Catastrophe," the additional effect would sometimes not properly go into effect.
- While the job ability "Yonin" is in effect, Ninja Tools would not be spent upon the use of Ninjutsu.
- While casting magic spells, counter attack would not initiate.
Apparently people don't understand sarcasm unless you put a funny face next to it.

Facetious, not sarcastic...well, not purely.
Also, ho yeh, it's over.
And people playing FFXI get upset when occasionally, a disconnect erases their macros. Disconnection during an online save (2 of which happened automatically any time you did anything) being an almost 100% chance of corrupting all 4 characters on that card = win.
(Yes, I know Rocl was kidding. But man, now that I think about it...if this were PSO, 90% of the population would have a dupe of every relic weapon, the 10% purists would ban relic weapons from their merit parties, and that's just the beginning. SE has plenty of room to improve, but there's plenty of room to fall as well.)
At least PSO was a fun game to boot even after all these years, hurray private servers. Lets not start on the abomination that was PSU.
Who paid to play PSO?
Oh, indeed. I love how it has all the online-only content too; the newer stuff (West Tower, etc.) is the fucking devil. But it's just so much fun, after a many-versus-one game like FFXI, to go blow up tons of enemies while constantly swapping weapons.
My brother played on the Dreamcast, but I didn't jump on board until the Gamecube. I told myself that as much time as I spent on PSO, I really shouldn't buy FFXI...and I was right >.>
You guys did it wrong then on Dreamcast. I used a bunch of Netzero and other random ISP accounts all the time and played for free.
I guess it all depends on whether you feel your time spent changing that around every month was worth less than $5.
