Had to job change to do shit but in the little testing so far I had 0 procs in 5 times of hitting yonin and casting ni the instant it would let me.

Going to take a loooooongass time to get enough numbers to matter as far as different phases.

You could stand next to a Moogle in Tavnazian Safehold, Kazham, Selbina, Mhaura, Norg, or Nashmau and just change sub job after every cast in order to reset the 5min timer on Yonin. That should speed things up significantly.

Sucks that it was fixed, but Yonin is still pretty damn powerful, especially for anything CoP-era or earlier.

That said, I don't know any "serious" NIN who gave two thoughts to tool costs, they're just part and parcel of playing the job. When you get low, you reload. So it goes.

Yeah, I was under the impression that the NTE bonus was just a nice little added effect, and the enmity and evasion bonuses were the real stars of Yonin.
