No, the current school of thought is that there are stat caps on each slot that augments can't exceed.

I wasn't able to find a topic that was created just for augmented weapons so I guess I'll put this info on here. Here are a few weapons I got yesterday. I'm not sure what are the possible stats I could have gotten so I just got what I thought was pretty good.

Dusk Gloves with 4 STR (I got those, makes up somewhat for yesterdays -delay Hagun? haha)
Wyvern Helm with -1 str -1 dex +1 agi
Both in sky.
HQ Ice Staff with Resist Poison+1
HQ Weskit +2 MND -1CHR
Both of those in VOS.

Wow, those H2H are actually pretty decent at 75 delay

Edit: Maybe I am wrong but I don't see many H2H augments here so I'm assuming it will probably get a little bit better than that. Maybe 1 more DMG and 1 more Acc and I'm pretty sure they'd be up to par or better than Destroyers.

Was this ring from ACP? I assume it was, not sure if you can get a 72NQ ring +1 of the dominant attribute, but if you can I think you could try Diamond Rings to get INT+1 and MAB instead of Snow Rings which cost a shit load more.

Here's most of the Aquilo's Staff augments I've got so far...
I did have some luck on the Jupiter's Staff +2 INT.

Area: Valley of Sorrows
Days: Tried almost all days so far - don't see any pattern. The +2 INT Jupiter's Staff was on Lightsday. The Dark Magic Skill +2 was on Darksday.

That Jupiter's may prove that INT+3, MAB+5 is possible because it has 2 augments.
