From what I have seen no but there is spammers advertising gold sites.

This wont happen in NA release as they are cracking down on it and people will be quickly banned for it.

Stupid question, but is it just me or is the C-Aion client so much more taxing then the NA one? I run this game fine with 30-40 FPS (not the best, but it works for me) but on the CA client with same settings I bog down to like 15FPS.

Not latency, I mean it bogs my computer down and the only way I can play normally is if I set it to "Fixed FPS" which completely shitifies the game.

Well right now my game is completely fucked I got 1-2 minute lag for doing anything and its been going on for 10 minutes now...

Updating C-Aion for the first time and damn this is taking foreverrrr, almost 10 hours now.

This only started happening when I started running other games/programs in the background, when I was letting it sit here and playing on my 360 it was going just fine. I'm gonna try leaving mine over night and hope that I don't have to press any buttons in my sleep lol.

Ah, yeah i left it on overnight and it completed. Then I started the game and saw another update for gameguard nooo. Finished quick though lol.

http://mini-patch.sdo.com/ctorrent/A...1.2All.torrent is the update to v1.2 for china. You do not need this yet unless you are playing on region 10. If you install it you can only play on region 10 until the rest upgrade.

Are all regions on 1.2 yet? I only see 1.2 available for download off of the main site.

Hey guys. I'm trying to check this game out and get a feel for it before the release (i'm going on vacation during the next beta event).

I downloaded all the files, installed, chose the correct server and updated in the screen, but when it comes to running the game I get this error:

Is this a problem with running it on windows 7? I ran the aion_restore that is in the SS, and copied the ENG patch to the directory, but that's all other than update in the server select screen.

Yep was just about to post. I downloaded dx9 and it ran perfectly, in english etc. Rolled on asmodean server as the light guys (forget the name atm). I have to go to work now, so checking out the character select screen & trying out classes will just have to wait :/ (rolled a warrior with random faces to make sure i could get in)
