    Vunkerl Inlet (S) (H-9)
    2 Gigas
    4 snolls

    PLD/NIN
    DD x2
    BRD
    RDM/BLM
    WHM (Helard's gaiters)

Our strategy was to kill 1 Giga > kill all snolls > kill the other Giga. Our WHM kited the second giga at start until first one is dead. 2 snolls will repop every 4~ minutes (not sure). You can keep all snolls slept if you want, they will resist sleep sometimes.
The gigas have high-ish evasion for 1handers, they will use Might Strikes and spam TP moves during 2hr (Mostly Power attack), they also have 2 new TP moves, One is AoE Ice damage + paralyze, the other is line attack Ice damage (Looks different from Ice Roar).
Every 2 snolls seem to be associated with 1 Giga, Each Giga will keep respawning them every 4~ minutes, Sometimes the Snolls will do a 2hr animation at the same time the Giga does Mighty Strikes, they will just spam TP moves like Freeze Rush and Cold Wave.

Just FYI because it doesn't seem noted in OP.
Watchful Pixies are located at, J-6 in Jugner on the east separated side of the map. In Batallia it is at F-7 just on the border to F-6. In Pashhow it is next to the Luremarsh in upper I-7. I think Rocl or someone posted about Sauro in other thread but maybe I'm remembering wrong.

It's basically a zerg fest in Vunkerl Inlet. Imo it's the most easiest since all you have to do is zerg the first gigas > kill all snolls > kill the last gigas. Resleep any spawn that pop or kill them if unable to zerg down the last gigas fast enough. Save shield bash/weapon bash for paralyze move. Killable in 3-5min.

    1 Healer

BRD or COR not Required, the mobs are fairly Weak and un-evasive to a good DD.

Fight Against 6 Quadavs. First names unimportant, They are Spatespurge, Wrathstorm, Winterkill, Tremor(Something), Grimwind and Slashburner.

Have PLD(Or the RDM/NIN, Whoever is kiting) Pop and Kite Mobs will DD Kill them 1 by 1, During the first 1 Kill they Will only use Teir IV Nukes and Teir 1 AM, After the 2nd one Dies they will begin to use AM2, after the 3rd Dies they will Begin using Teir III -aga Spells. Once the 4th one dies they will begin using Unique to them Debuffs or Buffs. PLD should be using Flash as much as possible While they're in "Tier I and AM" Form while kiting, since they tend to turn on Party members throughout the fight. DRK/NIN or NIN/DRK work well for this fight because all mobs are Stun-able and that becomes Extremely important After 3 Quadavs die, at this point mobs will begin to cast Teir III -Aga Spells.

All DD Should be /NIN, No exceptions, Mages Should also Consider having Blink up at ALL Times, This is because the Quadavs sometimes lose interest in the kiter and nuke Random People (Jump from Dragoon seems to generate hate on the quadavs, for instance). DD Need to be able to tank effectively, or at least bounce hate Effectively. Mobs die in about 1-2 Minutes with the right amount of Power, And often stop to cast Ancient Magic, making Blink tanking rather easy.

You should kill them in the following Order:

Spatespurge: Casts Water Type Spells (Unknown "Unique" Spell)
Winterkill: Casts Ice Type Spells (Casts Paralyga if Left alive After 4 Kills)
Tremor...: Casts Earth Type Spells (uses Slowga if left Alive after 4 kills)
Grimwin: Casts Wind Type Spells (Uses Graviga if Left Alive after 4 Kills)
SlashBurner: Casts Fire Type Spells (Unknown Unique Spells)
WrathStorm: Casts Thunder Type Spells (Spams Hastega if left Alive After 4 kills)

Save Wrathstorm for last as He Often prioritized Hastega -EVEN IF HE ALREADY HAS HASTE ON HIMSELF-, Making him Laughably Easy to kite during the Final Stages.

A Note to Kiters: The Arena Stretches just Beyond the Brick Wall to the Left of the Pixie, But the Right Brick Wall is "Out of Bounds" About halfway through. If you stand at the far end of the Left Brick Wall the Quadavs will Terrain weird and take a -long- way to get to you, very effective in buy a few second while kiting to recast shadows. After the Third Kill they Will no Longer cast AM1, only Teir IV and AMII, after the 4th Quadav dies the ones alive will only cast Teir III -aga and their Unique Spells.

    Thats all~

Guy Above me beat me by a few seconds: But mines better ⌐ ⌐

    ;;
can add this to the list

tried with exact same killing order, and kiting place and win w/o any problem at all

the killing order is also spot on, after 4th kill slashburner and wrathstorm becomes really laughable with their unique spell unlike the others lol

and what he said is true........4 DD 1 kiter 1 cure is really better for this lol

Grauberg went to 4 stars today so I got a group and decided to try out different zones.

Tried Fort Karugo, NM owned me on pld sinse i wasnt expecting tp spam and its 1 move for over 800dmg from a distance. Assumed that with an NM that can spam sweep, best bet is a team of smns to avatar spam like the fenrir fight.

Tried Rolanberry Fields, for the setup we had, we got rocked, kiting was easy, it was the shared hate that made kiting tough. After I spawned them on pld/nin, i ran away from casting range and after a few nukes they just took off to the pt. After each one killed, the blms would go from AM1 and tier4 to AM2 to ga3 to enfeeblega etc... The thing that killed us was the ga3's. But kiting AMs was easy, so I was wondering, if they all are taken down to 5% then a blm can ga3 them to death, would this be a possibility? Say 6 rdm/nin solo your own quadav type thing, then kill them all simultaneously?

Any feedback on different zones with different setups apreciated, tired of the crowds in grauberg and the ocasional 4 star rating. And if there's another link for this please guide me there.

    For Rolanberry fields (S):
I saw a group took down 2 quadavs as normal, then they split their melees over 3 quadavs when there are 4 quadavs left. When those 3 quadavs are almost dead they killed them almost simulataneously with weaponskills.

The quadavs only start using gaIIIs when they are down to 3 or below so its a pretty sure-win method although it will piss some waiting groups off.

Much easier and faster to do it the "normal way" with 1 kiter, 3 melees (with 1 drk or /drk), 1 brd and 1 rdm.

    Meri Mountains (S):
Easiest (fastest) among all the fights so far IMHO. Pretty much covered in the OP.

My post regarding Fort Karugo-Narugo's NM is probably easily overlooked in the other thread, but here is a link to it if anyone wants information before possibly trying to devise a working strategy:

Also, a few posts down, I mention that the Pixiebanes do not seem to respawn.

I was gonna try and get a group for this and thought sinse all they cast is single target nukes while all are alive, could it be done with 6 rng/nin kiting/shooting down to a low percent, once all are low, just ws/barrage or w/e to finish them off at once. May take a bit but only question I have is, do they share hate?

if you leave slashburner and wrath till last 2, theres nothing to be afraid of

the elementalGAs they cast is overrated, only did 2xx-3xx damage to shellra II 4 melees, and will not get hit if 1 of the DD have stun, even NIN/DRK works for this(yep im the nin/drk, no resist at all)

and their unique GAs at last 2 for slashburner and wrath is dispelga and hastega respectively

On that topic, i have two questions which I would be solving myself if I hadn't to wait for one of my group's members!

    1. Why are people considering Dispelga less annoying / dangerous than Graviga? Both remove shadows and i'd much rather get hit by gravity than constantly being dispelled. Any reason escaping me? Hastega is an obvious one.

    2. /drk stun works, that's clear. Any information about Headbutt on blu? I assume temporal shift will land ofcourse, but that's a bit of a big timer to count on alone. Also, any information about Hobaku? This last one is most likely to stun for sure, i guess. Coming from a melee heavy group, most of our strategies involve melee over mages, so our stuns tend to come this way too (no access to drks!).

headbutt stun rate will be around 50% i would say

    too unreliable

and mobs will prolly spread wideeeeee apart from kiting and if you get hit by grav, its mad annoying to run and chase down the next mob

do you wanna erase 4 people? or u wanna rebuff the pt with prot and shellra 2 after the fight. its your choice really it doesnt really matter you can still stun both enfeeblegas ^^

Some parties may find it easier to deal with Graviga, It just has a large large casting radius and if a Kiter is hit, even in the last minutes, He'll need to be Erased ASAP, bringing your Healer away from the party who could be hit by an unlucky AoE and need healing etc, where as with Dispel-ga if a kiter gets hit they can shrug it off and move on and re-apply the buff when Slashburner dies.

Now if you feel your party can handle Graviga better than Dispelga, Then you can Switch the Kill order, since it won't do anything drastic to the strategy, i simply posted the one i tried and tested to be successful 100% of the time with my party set up o .o,

Xarc is 1 pld/war 1 Cor or Rdm and 4 smns. and it as easy as you can get. pld kites terror 4 smns kill mego then the smns go for terror. really easy to kite. these i did it as rdm with no problem easier when they mightystrike. i would not striat tank these its a pain.

One thing to add for the Meriphataud Mountains fight:
BLM is more or less useless there.
Aside from Elemental Seal, all sleeps get resisted.
Also nukes have reduced damage (full merited AMII hitting for 900ish) on both Yagudos and Scorpions.
    Waste of a party slot.

Question: Does the person trading the weapon have to be the popper?

    Nope.

Everyone can trade their own weapon to Callisto far in advance of actually participating in a Watchful Pixie fight.

I'm not positive, but I'm pretty sure you have to be doing a weapon to pop it. Granted there's not a "the" person (or, well, doesn't have to be), since multiple people can do it at once.

But I'm pretty sure if you were say, doing rolanberry, and your kiter wasn't doing a weapon, they wouldn't be able to pop and get initial aggro.

Can confirm this, poper needs to have a weapon already traded, so plan accordingly.
