"Grind what?" is probably the next question. My own luck with drops is pretty shitty and I'm having a real issue trying to AH things since stuff doesn't seem to sell even if you slightly undercut other entries.
I grinded 1.5 levels on viragos in theo, made about 100k from greys then 80k~ from whites I vendored. Also got 2 ranger stigmas that would have sold for 50k each if I sold them, along with 3 +65 manastones that go for 30k+
Well, I know you're 30+ SM now, so that number may be a bit skewed for those of us around 20 and on other classes. I think the best I probably managed from vendor trash in one sitting over an hour or two was like 35k with my gladiator. So it's not like I'm not killing things, but it's either not nearly enough to compare or my luck just really is crap.
Then please be more specific. From the grinding perspective, I'll assume quests aren't the focus. Some mobs are easier than others (Tempest/Frost Wind Spirits and such serving as one of those "stay away!" types since they hit like trucks), but if you don't know what you should target, you can waste a lot of time getting drops here and there on top of not finding out what the grays vendor for for the meaningful loot until you're back in town.
Please tell me you're joking. Really, its not a hard concept: Kill *any* mobs, sell the gray vendor trash. There's not a "Go here, Kill this, ???, Profit" guide, its just trial and error. Kill stuff until you figure out what mobs your class can kill fast, or where mobs repop quickly; then just grind.
If you can't do that, somethings wrong.
Anyone find a good spot to farm lesser armor fluxes? D: Want to HQ my 18 gear.
This shield was very worth using the stones on, I love how shiny it is.

Well, my last post was more or less a kinder way of saying, "Put up or shut up," or "POIDH," for the sake of thread appropriateness. As is, there are some looking to resolve their money issues and the whole, "Teehee, I'm not telling~" approach borderlines on trolling after making a claim of progress.
Not all of us have been through multiple betas or played C-Aion. Could we run around all the big zones for hours on end, possibly find good camps, and then walk off with decent hauls? Sure. Could also waste a lot of time if others are around and skewing perception of a farm spot? Definitely. Helpful advice would do a lot more than vague advice, though. Just killing shit's a given since this is an MMO. Saying stuff like "class doesn't matter" and "find things your class is good at killing" seem contradictory. This implies there are differences in performance between classes and if you're not in a favorable range, there's not a whole lot you can do other than suffer through it one way or another. By your own admissions, you have experiences with Templar and Spiritmaster you could share, someone else could talk about Cleric, Sorc, whatever, and so on that could actually become a guide someday.
- Grind
- NPC worthless crap
- AH green gear and stigmas
- break grey gear and AH stones
- profit!
It really doesn't matter what you grind at all. NMs are nice but not necessary.
You're acting like there's a magic exp camp where every mob dies in two hits and shits blue gear every kill, and I'm just not telling you about it; when in reality, there is no such place. I don't grind in "secret" camps, I grind wherever the hell i can find open mobs. You don't have to have played C-Aion or Betas to run around a zone and look where there are a lot of mobs.
Class doesn't matter, in terms that ANY class can make money while grinding. Are some areas better for certain classes? Sure. Example: Ranged Classes don't fare well against ranged mobs, might not be best to grind on ranged mobs then. That's not guide worthy, that's just common sense. Every mob can drop grays, whites, greens whatever; there's no trick to it.
In regards to "POIDH," I'll be happy to post a screenshot of my inventory after i go grinding.
Edit:
This. Seriously, that's all there is to it.
It wouldn't be too far fetched to say that SM ability to kill stuff about 2x faster then anyone else with that insane DP move of yours "might" contribute to your ability toget grey items a bit faster.
It would also seem Anamanagucci made a clone of my character.
Spoiler: show
Roughly an hour of grinding (6 DP buffs, and a few abyss mobs to get initial DP). Killing one mob at a time, no SM trickery.
Satisfied?
