So I notice armor is starting to look a lot cooler around these levels. I am at 22, I used the money from the gear I sold from camping Chief to buy all those insane skills. I learned Inescapable Judgment, some Elyos bland queers tried to jump me while I was questing but luckily there were people around that were looking for them and so they started to run, I used it and pulled one of them in and he was down within seconds.

You have to buy it. In pandemonium, you can buy it from the "Daeva of Emotions" or something like that in a bar in the SW area of the zone.

I've been grinding from 26 to 29 now straight off of the mobs that drop that shield... If it was even a .1% chance to drop i'd have like 2 by now. /sigh.

Honestly though It's one of the best shields in the game. It's easy to +10 which makes it so valuable.

Easy to get to +10? Can you elaborate or llink to more information on this? I've been wondering, since I started DEing my white armors, how exactly you know when it's a safe bet to use a certain level stone.

provided "it's one of the best shields in the game", I would assume it's extraordinarily powerful for its level. If it's better than, say, a Lv.45 shield it would be easier to enchant to +10 just because of the level of enchant stone you would need.

White Item = Item's Level +1-10 Levels
Green Item = Item's Level +5-20 Levels
Blue Item = Item's Level +15-40 Levels
Orange Item = Item's Level +30-50 Levels

So with this shield being a level 25 you only need a 55+ enchantment stone to enchant it. You can't really replace it with a blue as it gives a flat 5% extra damage reduction. So it is just quite a long time before you would replace it (realistically the mid 40s)
