Fuck farming that sword. Everyone on my server is farming it for some kinah cause its like 180k on Broker, hard as hell to actually clain the gnarls.

People were saying the sword doesn't drop unless you have the quest flagged for it. I dono if that's true though :3

Seconded, you don't need the quest to get the drop.

You can't even get the quest until you have the sword. I snagged one for 100k one day. Normally they post for 160-500.

I got it last night, farmed for 2 hours. Had a gnarl monopoly going though, mayhaps that helped. Haven't tested teh Flame Sword yet, hoping to go merc some Asmos tonight with it.

I don't know how it compares to the Elyos HNM in Eltnen but King Consierd is fucking difficult. He uses an ability about every 30 sec iirc that heals him and we just can't out DPS it. At 25% he summons elite adds. We can't do it.

I farmed some more on my temp and after 2 hours and a short break, tried on my glad and went 1/3, finally.

Yeah, once he hits 75% he starts doing AoE damage and stun -> badass consume flesh-type move that heals 10% or more of his HP -> huge AoE damage.

It seems like it's impossible to low-man him, you just need to have enough people to do damage faster than Tear Flesh heals it.

Would rather take something with 18 people than with... well I'd ask you to count how many Asmos are in that picture, but I doubt you could count that high.

random people are stupid. I've seen a legitimate attempt by Elyos to take a fortress from the Asmos fail because they activated the 5k damage stoneskin artifact and thought it would protect them from the aetheric field. protip: it doesn't.

We killed King Consierd the other day with an alliance, just gotta make sure you have 2 good templar because he mem wipes himself every so often. Need good dps to out damage the consume flesh.

Yeah we finally took a fort, funny thing is half of us were AFK on that artifact while waiting for fort to pop
