Why does the trailer image on the right look like its in 3D... is my eyes playing tricks on me this late at night? It looks similar the anaglyph 3D effect where two images go on top each other in different colors.

Most developers are reluctant to ever show off alpha build material, especially for an MMORPG. And than SE in general is super secretive about stuff. The fact that they are willing to let people try it out to the public (those who went to it) is a miracle in itself. They want the ability to craft the image of the final game and alpha build stuff will likely not represent the final product. Its just how it goes, guess we should be thankful we will at least see a first hand impression write-up in the near future.
