When I click on the "Use the payer authentication service" button on the PoL menu, nothing happens. When I hit submit instead I get an error code for not fully password verification. Anyone know why my browser doesn't display when I click the "Use the player authentication service"? Yes, I am on the phone right now with PoL but we all know how that goes.

Make sure you're not trying to update it while using Windower, that caused my POL to crash whenever I would click that button, but may have different symptoms on different OSs.

Both my Capital One Credit Card and my bank's debit card don't support Mastercard Securecode and Verified by Visa.

I'm pretty bummed right now, and I'm not sure what to do. I wish there was some place I could transfer money to like, a virtual CC that I could use.. Oh well.

My x360 got RROD'd for good. Would ps2 version work with a 60gig ps3?

edit: I just bought a cheapass used ps2 version of the game from ebay(oldest one, 2004 verison I believe. Vanadiel collections are retardedly expensive). I should be able to use it to update the info on a 60gig ps3, right?

My friend installed the game after a 3 year break and I was watching the new process as he did it. It's gotta be the easiest thing in the world. Click a button during setup, takes you to a webpage, put your CC# in, go back to POL, click next, and thats it. I think it's a good change, keep things in line.

Do you mean using European cards on an NA POL client or using any card on a European POL client? I've successfully updated an EU account with an NA card and it doesn't even ask for the cardholder name let alone any VBV nonsense. I believe anyone with an NA account will be required to have a VBV card though.

How come I just registered my MasterCard using the Secure Code thing no problem and when I click on the POL viewer registration thing THEN I do all the procedure and tells me now just click submit on the POL viewer to continue it appears to say Server is too busy or card info might be incorrect, check if your card is valid bla bla....??

well, i took a 6 month break, just got my brand new cc and thought i should take a look online. so guess what happend

i used me wirecard (mastercard) card and it doenst work, so i called my friend and he gave me his citibank visa card, doesnt work too! were in germany and use the NA client. anyone got an idea what i could do?

Update your account info using an NA Xbox 360 or PS2 version of the game.
