    AB Lounge

    Ive been told this shit works wonders, wanted to find out from you guys if this is just bullshit or will it give you a better work out then ure average crunch/situp. thanks for any feedback on if it works and if it is worth the purchase.

    Learn how to make real workout and nutrition routine (which should include some resistance exercises for abs, but not be limited to that), then cut some calories and do cardio to get your body fat to 10-12% (12-14% if you're a girl), and then you'll have great abs.     Dead lifts to bulk up your core, then cut calories and reduce your body fat or you'll never see your abs, no matter how big they are.

    Hell, if you really want to do an ab workout, lay on a declined bench and do situps with a 25-45lb weight held to your chest. It'll hardly offer any benefit over simple dead lifts + squats, but at least it's cheap and uses equipment that you should have anyway.

    Even the laziest fuck on earth will have visible abs if they cut their body fat % down.

    If you are going to spend money on something, spend it on P90x. Like the The.Answer said, it will kick your ass and is a hard program. But that is the point yeah? It works because it is a solid program ( workout system i guess you could say ), not some random piece of equip that WILL GIVE YOU AWESOME ABS IN ONLY 30SECONDS ONCE A WEEK!!!!!! ORDER NOOOW!!!

    Six-pack abs are made in the kitchen, not the gym. Having a low overall body fat percentage is by far the most important function to getting good abs.

    just go download the "ab ripper X" video from p90x.

    ive been doing it for about a week and i can tell it works if you keep it up
