[Hades] Looking for Salvage Shell/Static

Hi my Name is Damane and I am playing on the Hades Server. I am currently looking for a Salvage Shell/Static on the Hades Server. Preferable one that starts runs 2-4 times per week between 20 GMT+1 and 22 GMT+1 (13 EST and 15 EST). Theese times are only for Monday - Friday, on weekends I have more freetime, so I am more flexible.

I am not looking for a Salvage Shell/Static that delays or cancels runs because of members that have to attend HNMs.
I am not looking for a Salvage Shell that has little to no experience, tough I can help in that department, since I did Salvage for a long time.
I am not looking for a Salvage Shell that does runs with more then 8-9 people.

Gearwise I am looking for Ares and Skadi gear, everything else doesnt interest me much (tough I wouldn turn down some marduk gear for my whm or brd).

I just cant seem to find the perfect server for me ._. (tought I am likeing hades so far, not too full not to empty and people are mostly easy going)

There is no "perfect" server or group, Not to mention EU shells are especialy rare, and even more so ones that run every day or almost, because those times and number of runs you'd have to be super lucky to find a group like that, my advice is just to find an acceptable one and stick with it. at least one that you can fit some time in.
